to depreciation schedules.
In a recent project carried out on behalf of one of
our clients we were able to save in excess of £1m
through proper buying, allocation and management of
the various accounts within the remit.
In addition we are often asked to assist organisations
in the following areas:
• Preparing various service specifications for
tendering
• Managing the tender process, including drawing
up client tender documents
• Reviewing and implementing quality, audit and
KPI systems
• Assisting in change management and service re-engineering
• Health and Safety Projects
In each case we negotiate the most favourable terms
for our clients, and sometimes generating our fees using
the Gainshare agreement. Ie Shared savings benefiting
both parties.
